(weekly edition) is a youth-focused career and industry information initiative designed to help aspiring creative professionals discover opportunities, develop workforce skills, explore entrepreneurship, and better understand the changing landscape of arts, media & entertainment (AME).  

       Our primary focus is young people ages 25 and under, especially those entering the workforce for the first time, exploring creative career pathways, or seeking practical guidance on how to get started. But we believe that preparing tomorrow's workforce requires learning from those who helped build yesterday's industry.

       That's why Hollywood Backdoor Weekly brings together career guidance, workforce development resources, industry perspectives, and insights from experienced entertainment professionals.

SHOW ME HOW! Career & Bizness Tip for Young People Entering the Workforce, which is a series of practical advice on career exploration, workforce readiness, creative entrepreneurship, and getting started in the entertainment industry. Why We're Starting This Publication Now

       For many young people, entertainment careers can seem exciting but difficult to access. They may know what they want to do without knowing how to begin, where to find training, which careers exist beyond the spotlight, or how their interests and talents might translate into meaningful employment.

       Hollywood Backdoor (weekly edition) was created to help make that journey easier to understand. We believe career exploration should begin with information, encouragement, access to resources, and opportunities to learn from people with real-world experience.

       Our purpose is not simply to tell young people what careers are available but to help them discover how to begin preparing for those careers.

       Hollywood Backdoor (weekly edition) will begin as a recurring educational and informational series featured on LinkedIn.      Here is where readers can explore career tips, industry insights, workforce resources, and upcoming opportunities. As the publication develops, we plan to introduce an optional e-newsletter so subscribers can receive selected updates, articles, and opportunities directly. In the meantime, follow our LinkedIn updates here, for information about participating programs and resources.
